Que aparec\u00edan futbolistas que no estaban en la consideraci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda, pero sin embargo, un trabajo minucioso de seguimiento del cuerpo t\u00e9cnico le permit\u00eda convocar a jugadores que despu\u00e9s ratificar\u00edan ese llamado con buenos rendimientos deportivos.<\/p>\n<p>El caso emblem\u00e1tico fue el de Hern\u00e1n Barcos; sorprendi\u00f3 su llamado, pero m\u00e1s a\u00fan sorprendi\u00f3 su muy buen nivel cuando ingres\u00f3 en el equipo ante Uruguay. Luego fue llamado Franco Di Santo; en alg\u00fan momento Tino Costa&#8230;en fin muchos son los que se han sorprendido con nombres que no eran de los m\u00e1s populares.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva convocatoria es para Jos\u00e9 Basanta. Un futbolista con pasado en Estudiantes de La Plata, quien, cuando fue ascendido al plantel de primera divisi\u00f3n, se lo conoc\u00eda como el primo de Mariano Pavone.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.universo-deportivo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Jos\u00e9-Basanta.bmp\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1148\" alt=\"Basanta llega al seleccionado\" src=\"http:\/\/www.universo-deportivo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Jos\u00e9-Basanta.bmp\" \/><\/a>Pero se asent\u00f3 en su equipo. Estuvo tres a\u00f1os. Jug\u00f3 en Olimpo de Bah\u00eda Blanca y logr\u00f3 el ascenso a Primera Divisi\u00f3n A. Regres\u00f3 al &#8220;Pincha&#8221;; en 2008, Ricardo La Volpe lo llev\u00f3 a Monterrey. Gan\u00f3 varios t\u00edtulos en M\u00e9xico. Creci\u00f3 en su rendimiento y le propusieron nacionalizarse mexicano. Antes que se pusiera la casaca verde, Sabella lo convoc\u00f3 para sellar su &#8220;argentinidad&#8221;. Es el zaguero que ingresa por el lesionado Coloccini. Una de las sorpresas (para muchos) que siempre tiene Sabella.<\/p>\n<p>A esta altura habr\u00e1 que dejar ese concepto de lado.
