Con la alegr\u00eda l\u00f3gica de recibir un mimo a esta altura de su vida, con la designaci\u00f3n como Capit\u00e1n del equipo de Copa Davis, algo as\u00ed como en estos tiempos modernos se define como DT del Seleccionado argentino de Tenis. pero a la vez, con la madurez propia de los a\u00f1os vividos, y la experiencia acumulada, en el tenis y en la vida. Tambi\u00e9n es una gran responsabilidad. Los que me conocen saben que es muy especial esto para m\u00ed. Agradezco a la AAT, a Agust\u00edn Calleri, a Mariano Zabaleta, por pensar en m\u00ed para este cargo&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Frana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto al momento, respondi\u00f3: &#8220;Creo que me llega en un momento en el que ten\u00eda que ser. Tuve aprendizajes muy grandes, despu\u00e9s del tenis tuve que generar nuevas habilidades y cuando toc\u00f3 un nuevo cambio segu\u00ed en la capacitaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mariano Zabaleta, como dirigente de la Asociaci\u00f3n, manifest\u00f3 su opini\u00f3n por la elecci\u00f3n de Frana: &#8220;Estamos muy confiados y muy contentos. Javier es una persona con mucha sabidur\u00eda y sabemos que va a volcar eso en este trabajo. Necesitamos que los chicos tengan un buen gu\u00eda, en lo deportivo y en lo humano, y estamos convencidos de que Javier es la persona indicada&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y con respecto a la controversia generada entre Horacio Zeballos y Guillermo Coria, el capit\u00e1n anterior, Frana aclar\u00f3: &#8220;Para m\u00ed todos est\u00e1n en mi cabeza como elegibles. Horacio Zeballos, por su jerarqu\u00eda y por lo que es, est\u00e1 en mi consideraci\u00f3n. Lo que hubo antes no me interesa. Esto es un barajar y dar de nuevo. Est\u00e1n todos en la misma l\u00ednea, todos empezamos de cero, y desde all\u00ed comenzamos&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salud\u00f3 de manera muy amable, sonri\u00f3 en todo momento y dedic\u00f3 un tiempo a entrevistas individuales.
