Lo primero es lo m\u00e1s grande y lo m\u00e1s importante. La Federaci\u00f3n Boliviana de F\u00fatbol (FBF) vive un a\u00f1o de sobresaltos, con la detenci\u00f3n de su presidente, Carlos Ch\u00e1vez, en el mes de julio pasado, tras ser detenido por la Polic\u00eda de Bolivia a partir de una investigaci\u00f3n por supuestos hechos de corrupci\u00f3n en el manejo de recursos econ\u00f3micos. Tras quedar detenido, la FBF en un congreso extraordinario, revoc\u00f3 su mandato y en otra sesi\u00f3n nombraron presidente, de forma interina a Marco Ortega.<\/p>\n<p>De ese modo, la Federaci\u00f3n intent\u00f3 poner en orden su estructura que se vio debilitada tras el esc\u00e1ndalo que comenz\u00f3 con las denuncias sobre las autoridades de la FIFA y continuaron con otros dirigentes, como el caso de Carlos Ch\u00e1vez quien tambi\u00e9n era tesorero de la CONMEBOL.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de la asunci\u00f3n de Ortega, los dirigentes debieron arremangarse, tratar de recuperar a la entidad y hasta poner dinero de su bolsillo para salir adelante. Debieron, contrareloj, contratar a un DT. Y la responsabilidad cay\u00f3 en Julio C\u00e9sar Baldivieso, ex crack del seleccionado, con un pasado en Newell\u00b4s y una larga trayectoria como jugador.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No hay que mentirle a la gente, es un partido que me hubiese gustado jugarlo con m\u00e1s tiempo de trabajo, pero que ya estaba pactado por la Federaci\u00f3n y hay que respetarlo y cumplirlo&#8221;, afirm\u00f3 el entrenador apenas se oficializ\u00f3 su nombramiento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es un desaf\u00edo grande para los futbolistas enfrentar a un monstruo del f\u00fatbol como es Argentina&#8221;, agreg\u00f3 el DT, quien pidi\u00f3 la ayuda de Evo Morales: \u201cVoy a invitar al presidente\u00a0 para que se sume a este proyecto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Proyceto que empieza a desarrollarse el viernes 4, en Houston, Texas, Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, ante un coloso del f\u00fatbol mundial que llega con su m\u00e1xima figura y la aureola que siempre lo distingue.
