FIFA ha aceptado el recurso interpuesto por la Asociaci\u00f3n del F\u00fatbol Argentino en nombre del jugador Lionel Messi para apelar la decisi\u00f3n adoptada por la Comisi\u00f3n Disciplinaria de la FIFA; en consecuencia, se han levantado las sanciones que se le hab\u00edan impuesto, reza el comunicado de la entidad madre.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es, se le levanta la suspensi\u00f3n deportiva y la pena &#8220;Pese a que la Comisi\u00f3n de Apelaci\u00f3n de la FIFA consider\u00f3 reprochable la conducta del jugador Lionel Messi en dicho incidente, la misma determin\u00f3 a su vez que las pruebas disponibles no eran suficientes para demostrar seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares adecuados \u2014es decir, de manera completamente satisfactoria para los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n de Apelaci\u00f3n\u2014 la aplicabilidad del art. 77 a) del CDF, que permite a la Comisi\u00f3n Disciplinaria sancionar las faltas graves que no hubiesen advertido los oficiales de partido&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En este sentido, la Comisi\u00f3n de Apelaci\u00f3n recuerda que el respeto hacia los oficiales de partido es esencial y ha de ser una constante en el f\u00fatbol, por lo que cualquier actitud contraria al principio del juego limpio o a la deportividad ha de ser rechazada.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud de dicha decisi\u00f3n, se han retirado tanto la suspensi\u00f3n por partidos que entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 28 de marzo, como la multa de 10.000 CHF impuestas a Lionel Messi&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Algo as\u00ed como no debe insultarse a los jueces, el respeto es una
